PLC control
This is the first gas ironer with PLC controller made in China.

Burner
Use LPG and LNG as the source of heating.
Metal fiber burner which ensures burnt thoroughly, and conform to the environmental protection.
Burnt in the Φ800 roll with Φ500 holes on both sides, which is safe and reliable, and no risk of explosion.
Use the strip heater along the length of roll to heat it evenly. No temperature difference on both ends.
The burner power can be adjusted simply and accurately.

Safety protection devices
Safety guard is used to protect fingers;
3 emergency stop buttons and one power switch are fixed on each corner.
Manual linen unloading wheel on both sides.

System&Sturcture
The axis interval on feeding working table is 504mm, which is very convenient and safer for operators.
Long feeding platform accords with the man-machine engineering principle, convenient operation, reduces the operation fatigue.
Stainless steel tensioning rolls improves working lifetime. Compared with galvanized tensioning rolls, they avoid the maintenance and replacement caused by abrasion and corrosion.
The most ideal design of wrap angle at 340° ensures bigger heating area and improves ironing speed.
Big diameter exhaust vents on both sides don’t require additional fan motor to exhaust the waste gas and heat.
Unique belt and chain drive structure provides the best ironing effect for both quilt covers and bed sheets; meanwhile it ensures low fault rate, stable running and low noise.
Easy maintenance. The roll is supported by 5 bearings on each side. It is very easy to fill in the grease on the bearings for maintenance.
